Hi, I'm Kandice. For 25 years I've loved serving people, from doing nails and cutting hair to caring for others as a CNA and medication aide. Somewhere along the way, God grew a bigger calling in me: to walk with you through your spiritual journey and your health journey, side by side. Spirit first. Body follows.

I'm a certified nutritional health coach, and I'd love to walk with you through every part of your life, with hope and faith in the hard seasons. Together we look at your whole person (spiritual, emotional, mental, nutritional and physical), always starting with Him and letting your health follow. You don't have to do it perfectly. Your spirit, your relationships, your thoughts and emotions, what's on your plate, how you move and how you rest all play a part in how you feel. Sorting through all of that alone can feel overwhelming. As a certified nutritional health coach, I help you see how these areas connect, so you know what you need and where to start. We take it one step at a time, with Scripture, prayer and practical tools, and with grace for the hard parts of your story. I'm always glad to work alongside your doctor or counselor.
