SOUL SPRING (10-DAY JOURNEY)

Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and Day 1 hasn't been started. After that, no refunds.

12-WEEK SELF-PACED

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't gone past Week 1. After that, no refunds.

12-WEEK PRIVATE

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if we haven't had our first session. After we begin, there are no cash refunds, but you may pause the program once for up to 30 days.

SINGLE SESSIONS

With 24 or more hours' notice, you can reschedule or get a full refund. Under 24 hours, or a no-show, there is no refund.

4-PACK & 8-PACK

Unused sessions can be refunded. Each session you've used is counted at the $97 single-session rate.

SCHEDULING

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. When you cancel with notice, rebook within 2 weeks or the session is forfeited. You get one emergency reschedule per program for illness or a family emergency, even inside 24 hours. If I cancel, you choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

HARDSHIP

If a serious medical emergency, death in the family or financial crisis means you truly can't continue, email me. I'll review it personally and may offer a pause, a credit toward another offer, or a partial or full refund.

HOW REFUNDS WORK

Request by email at [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and banks can take 5–10 business days. Card processing fees aren't refundable.
